Trained as an architect in Switzerland, Paris and Amsterdam, I am now based in Brussels and practice as a freelance architect. I am registered at the Ordre des Architectes in Brussels.

The owner of the Greek restaurants “Strofilia” and “Pita the Original” in place Sainte-Catherine in Brussels asked me to help him open a new sandwich shop on that same square.  The challenge was to keep the Greek atmosphere in a classified Belgian building dating from 1733. Everything inside is protected by Brussel’s heritage.
The idea was to respect as much as possible the existing but to introduce  a new radical design for the main bar made by Maxime Mouroux’s unique tiles.
